Sept Game Registration

FYI, due to new players we have almost reached our player cap. If you are planning on attending our Sept game event, you MUST register ASAP! Additionally, we are currently working out arrangements whereby players can pitch a tent on their own...more to follow.

All those that are attending the Sept game, please make every effort to complete a Participation Agreement form prior to the game. Please bring your completed forms to the player check-in. The Participation Agreement form can be found on our website.

Additionally, if you are planning on participating in the Saturday meal, please have your money available at check-in. Regardless of the Saturday meal, please ensure you have enough food and drink for yourself for the weekend! Additionally, please bring your own light sources i.e., glow sticks etc for the weekend. If for some reason, you cannot acquire the general necessities we will make every effort to accommodate you.
