Game Registration:
To help plan and prepare for gaming events, all players will need to register. Players who do not register will not receive character points for unregistered game events. In the unlikely event that HR cancels a gaming event, we will provide advance notice where applicable. Please see staff or a player representative for further clarification. Players who are unable to register will need to contact the GM.
Everyone will need to fill out a registration form prior to all game events or activities. Players must register at least Ten-days in advance of any game event. Registration forms may be found at the back of the rulebook located on our website.
Question: Why is HR requiring players to register?
Answer:
•To help streamline general & specific plot creation for players
•To ensure appropriate cabin space/sleeping quarters
•At times, HR may be required to pre-order food for game events
Question: How much money does registration cost per game event?
Answer:
•The cost for attending game events are free
•Meals for game events cost $10.00/person
Question: When and how are meals paid for?
Answer:
•Meals may be paid in advance or at the point of check-in
•HR will accept cash or money order for meals
